Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIA CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIA Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Customer Data or any content you submit
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
- Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service
- Breach of any representations or warranties made by you
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide you with access to export your Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted from our systems.
Survival
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
Data Deletion
Following termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy unless legally required to be retained.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally.
Arbitration
For certain types of disputes, we may require binding arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.
Class Action Waiver
You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us related to the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

- Providing direct notice for significant changes
